Performance Fiberglass Products 100 presented by RH2 at Columbus Motor Speedway

All in all it was a good day for the series at CMS.  The rain and hail couldn't dampen the spirit and excitement of the first race of the year.  There were fifteen drivers on hand ready to go including 2011 rookie of the year Rob Jones. With one season under their belts the R&B motor sports team has returned and will be seeking the big trophy at the end of the year.

Defending Champion Jody Harrison is back to see if he can win three titles in a row. Jody likes the sound of word Champion.  There are several teams looking to put a stop to the Champ's dominance.

Jimmie Crabtree returns this year with a three car team and has high hopes of putting his name in the record book before the year ends in September.  Several teams made major changes to their cars during the off season, some built new cars and still others put on new bodies for 2012.  Almost everyone will sporting a new look with different paint schemes.

Every year the series becomes more and more competitive, this year the level of competition will increase once again with six former winners expected at Ona on June 2^nd.

The host of new talent will have to wait for June to see if they have the right stuff to run at the head of the pack.  Plus, let's not forget the Challenge series that starts at Old Dominion in July, it will produce winners of its own.
